8. SOCIAL PLUG-INS

Social plugins from Facebook, Google (Google+ and YouTube), Pinterest and Twitter are used on www.kunstarbeit.ch to make the online shop more personal. For this we use the "LIKE" button (also known as the "Like" button), the "Google +1" button, the "YouTube Follow" button, the "Pin It" button and the "Twitter" button Share button. These are offers from the US companies Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA), Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), Pinterest Inc. (808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) and Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

If you have a page of  Shop  Visiting art work that contains such a plug-in creates a direct connection to Facebook, Google, Pinterest and Twitter. If you are logged in to Facebook or Google, they can assign the visit to your Facebook or Google+ account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example press the "Like" button or leave a comment, the relevant information will be sent directly from your browser to Facebook and saved there. Logging out of Facebook or Google+ prevents the data from being assigned to your respective profile.

If you click the Pinterest "Pin it button" while you are logged into your Pinterest account, you can link the content of our pages to your Pinterest profile. This enables Pinterest to assign your visit to our website to your user account. By using Twitter and the “Retweet” function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. This data is also transmitted to Twitter. Your internet browser establishes a direct connection to the Twitter servers and transmits data to Twitter. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or their use by Twitter and Pinterest.

Facebook, Google and Pinterest and Twitter provide detailed information on the type, purpose and further processing of your data on their websites (Facebook data usage guidelines, Google data protection declaration, Pinterest privacy policy, Twitter data protection guideline) regarding the use of your data after consent. Here you will also find further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy.
